By accessing or using PlayOnSol, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Web3 Wallet Access
Akses Wallet Web3
Access to PlayOnSol requires a compatible Solana wallet.
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, passwords, and recovery credentials.
Kami tidak dapat memulihkan wallet, private key, seed phrase, ataupun aset blockchain milik pengguna.
3. Non-Custodial Platform
Platform Non-Custodial
PlayOnSol is a non-custodial platform.
We never control, hold, transfer, or manage users' blockchain assets unless explicitly stated for a specific blockchain transaction initiated by the user.
Seluruh transaksi blockchain dilakukan langsung melalui wallet pengguna.
4. User Account
Akun Pengguna
Your wallet address serves as your account identifier.
You are responsible for all activities performed through your authenticated wallet session.
5. Gameplay
Permainan
PlayOnSol provides blockchain-integrated games where scores, achievements, and rewards are generated according to game rules.
Kami dapat memperbarui mekanisme permainan, tingkat kesulitan, maupun sistem reward tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya apabila diperlukan untuk menjaga keseimbangan permainan.
6. Rewards
Reward
Rewards are subject to platform rules, eligibility requirements, anti-abuse validation, and security verification.
Receiving rewards is not guaranteed if suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity is detected.

7. Fair Play
Fair Play
Users agree to play fairly and must not manipulate gameplay, exploit vulnerabilities, automate gameplay, modify client software, or abuse the API.
Pelanggaran terhadap aturan permainan dapat mengakibatkan pembatalan reward, penghentian sesi, pembatasan akun, ataupun pemblokiran permanen.
8. Intellectual Property
Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
Unless otherwise stated, all software, source code, artwork, game assets, logos, trademarks, documentation, and platform content remain the property of PlayOnSol or its licensors.
9. Platform Availability
Ketersediaan Platform
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.
Maintenance, blockchain congestion, network failures, third-party wallet issues, or force majeure events may affect Platform availability.
10. Blockchain Transactions
Transaksi Blockchain
Blockchain transactions are processed by the Solana network.
PlayOnSol is not responsible for network congestion, validator failures, transaction delays, failed confirmations, or blockchain forks.
11. Suspension and Termination
Penangguhan dan Penghentian
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe that a user violates these Terms, applicable law, or threatens the security or integrity of the Platform.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Penafian Jaminan
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
Batasan Tanggung Jawab
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayOnSol shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Kami juga tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan aset digital akibat kesalahan pengguna, kehilangan akses wallet, atau gangguan pada jaringan blockchain.
14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
